Platform Meeting in Manchester: the report is on line
LIFE projects made innovations in resources and land management
On 24 and 25 May 2016 was held in Manchester (UK), an important meeting between different projects organized by the European Commission.
More than 100 delegates from 13 Member States participated in the initiative, representing 43 projects funded by the LIFE programme, which fielded innovative solutions for the sustainable use of water resources, treatment of water quality, the management of watersheds and hydromorphological improvements.
The event was also attended by the LIFE RII project, presented as a good management practice in highly urbanized areas.
The solutions and common practices that emerged from the comparison between the sessions participants were gathered now in a dedicated report.
