PROTECTING EUROPE’S THREATENED INVERTEBRATES
New LIFE brochure published
Invertebrates provide vital ecosystem services, such as soil creation and water filtration. However, despite their importance, these species are rapidly declining across Europe due to loss of natural habitats, agricultural intensification, pollution, pesticide use, invasive alien species and climate change.
In the new brochure (1.8 MB) you can find out how the LIFE Programme has been taking care of their conservation and their needs through different projects!
