Can selected applicants choose their own consultants or service providers for feasibility studies, business planning, or legal support?

Yes. Beneficiaries are allowed to independently select consultants or organisations to conduct feasibility assessments, develop financial plans, or support legal establishment of the REC, provided these services are essential, cost-effective, and comply with eligibility and procurement rules as outlined in the sub-grant agreement.
