Yes, Croatian private entities can participate as applicants or consortium leaders if the project will be physically implemented in one of the WB5 countries. The sub-grant would be awarded for actions taking place in a WB5 country, while the beneficiary must be located in one of the EUSAIR Member States (Croatia, Greece, Italy, Slovenia) or, preferably, in one of the eligible Western Balkans countries.
