LIFE RINASCE participates in the "Platform Meeting" in Koblenz
On June 27-28, 2017 will be held in Koblenz (GER) at the headquarters of the Federal Institute of Hydrology (BfG), an important conference entitled "One River-Many Interests".
The event is organized by LIFE-IP Living River Lahn, an integrated German project coordinated by the Hesse Ministry of the Environment.
LIFE Projects from Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Spain and the United Kingdom will thus deal with the issues of Flux Reduction within several dedicated sections scheduled on the first working day:
1. Waterways in a changing world – restoring waterways
2. River restoration and ecosystem services
3. Stakeholder involvement in the restoration processes
4. Lessons to be learnt: experiences of river restoration works
The second day will be dedicated to a field trip.
LIFE RINASCE and LIFE RII will also participate in the meeting.
