International Training of Trainers in Valencia

The Training of Trainers (ToT) in Valencia, whose participants have been recruited by the national partners of the Shaping Fair Cities project. The ToT aims to train highly qualified professionals on SDG localization, migration and gender issues. The contents of the training have been defined by the Generalitat Valenciana, in collaboration with the University of Bologna, the Emilia-Romagna Region and with the contribution and participation of all the project partners. The international ToT will be residential and will have a participatory methodology, which respects and encourages the integration of the participants' knowledge and previous experience, teaches skills through practice, promotes active participation and welcomes other supportive feedback. The commitment of the trainers / experts is essential for the success of the project, to prepare the future trainers to train others and guarantee the multiplier effect of the action.
