Professor of Viticulture Stefano Poni from Università Cattolica of Piacenza, agronomy managers Guido Cavina and Daniele Rossi and Nicola Benatti, Head of the vegetal sector in Emilia-Romagna Region, stressed the need for innovation and new tools in the wine sector, where the effects of climate change already have a huge impact on the yield of production.
