Shaping fair cities

One survey to investigate SGDs in Europe

Underway in 12 cities to know more about SDGs public opinion

A survey investigating public opinion on SDGs and migration is now underway in every territory, cities in particular, involved in the project. A common survey methodology and questionnaire have been drafted by University of Bologna (UNIBO) and shared with all the co-applicant cities involved. The survey is beeing run in ten European cities: Forlì, Modena, Reggio Emilia (IT); Vejle (DK); Patras (GR); Alicante (ES); Iasi (RO); Split (HR); Poznan (PL); Falkoping (SE), and in the two co-applicant partner cities Scutari (AL) and Pemba (MZ) too, in order to compare SDGs public opinion and perception at city level in Europe and global south.

The survey aims at investigating citizens' opinion and knowledge about SDGs, migration and the role that their city should play for sustainable development. The methodology contains also a standard report with survey figures and findings. Each target city will produce a local report. UNIBO will merge local reports and produce an international report including final recommendation for the project actions.
