Final conference in Brasov (Romania)

The final conference of the STRING project was held in Brasov Romania, which addressed the issue of innovation in the agri-food supply chain through two round tables. The first, entitled "The innovation of tradition" with the direct involvement of the Emilia Romagna Region that has taken up and shared with a wider audience the theme of the staff exchange that took place in our region last November. The second, entitled "Cross-sectorial cooperation", underlines the importance of intersectoral collaboration in research, industry and public administration if we really want to promote innovation in the agri-food supply chain.
