Online the call for proposals to communicate the Sustainable Development Goals of 2030 Agenda

The 20th of September is the deadline to present communication projects about 2030 Agenda in our cities

The call for proposals is addressed to local authorities for the creation of communication and awareness campaigns has been published as part of the European Shaping Fair Cities project, coordinated by the Emilia-Romagna Region, to make citizens aware of the 2030 Agenda, with a particular focus on the sustainable development goals (SDGs), which are at the center of the project: make cities inclusive, safe, resilient and sustainable (SDG 11), gender equality and women's empowerment (SDG 5), the fight against climate change (SDG 13); peaceful and inclusive societies (SDG 16) and the strengthening of the global partnership for sustainable development (SDG 17).

The subgranting has a total budget of € 226,444, is addressed to the local authorities of our Region (Municipalities, Metropolitan Cities and Unions of Municipalities) and expires on the 20th of September 2019, for the presentation of communication and awareness-raising projects which, in an innovative and effective way, raise awareness, improve knowledge and mobilize citizens in favor of implementing the 2030 Agenda in our cities and the sustainable development goals, with particular focus on migration and gender issues.

Emilia-Romagna local authorities can present projects to be carried out over a 6-month period, with a minimum regional contribution of € 10,000 and a maximum of € 20,000.

For the presentation of the projects the proponent will have to register and complete the application on the 20th September 2019 using the "cooperation software", which can be accessed at: https://servizifederati.regione.emilia-romagna.it/ BandiCooperazioneInternazionale
