An Emilia-Romagna Region representative will take part to the SEG fair in the framework of the “Casa Italia” stand organised by the Italian Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestry.

During the event also the project Argos, to which our Region is partner, will be outlined to the attendance.

Within the “Casa Italia” Pavilion programme our representative will organize three events:

  • "Shell to sell” an initiative devoted to the knowledge of mussels and ostriches produced in the Emilia-Romagna coastal area
  • “Alien is good, Alien is food”, to raise awareness about exotic fish species newly introduced into the Adriatic Sea because of the water global warming, i.e. the Blue Crab
  • Also an outline of the goals and the main achievements of the strategic project Argos will be offered, namely with reference to the creation of innovative governance tools for the Adriatic aquaculture and fisheries, as for instance the Adriatic Advisory Council which allows researchers and institution to share knowledge and foster collaboration.
